About Charlotte

I’ve spent nearly 20 years as a leader in small businesses and start ups and find great joy in supporting business owners with the tools they need to reach their goals.  I am a servant leader focused on supporting mission driven organizations and people using my skills in strategic planning, accountability, efficiency, communication and facilitation. I have years of experience as the right hand to an Executive Director as a trusted advisor and reliable leader to execute an agenda.  As a leader, I have had experience in scaling a small business, operations and finance, hospital administration, and employee coaching and development.  I have applied these skills in a variety of industries including healthcare, veterinary medicine, and hospitality. 

I am great at driving projects forward to achieve goals and what gets me really excited to do that work is when the end result has a meaningful impact on the community. Recognizing my own privilege and figuring out how I can help uplift those that are marginalized is work that we all must embrace. Prioritizing DEI work in both my personal and professional worlds has positively changed my outlook on life.  I believe in maintaining a positive mindset, providing excellent communication, and always striving for significant outcomes. When you work with me, you should expect a collaboration with transparency and consistency.

The most important folks in my life are my husband and my two daughters, along with my sister who is a small business owner!  And, of course, I can’t leave out my favorite dog whose name is Dolly Parton!
